We are based in Surrey, `England but yes we love to travel! If you want us to Capture your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, we always try to find the cheapest way to come to you.

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos roughly within 12 weeks (90% of the time). This all depends on how busy the current season is. The video can take slightly longer because we want to ensure we deliver the best video we can, which takes time. Please also bear in mind that continuously chasing us for your finished product will usually result in us rushing your work, and you receiving sub par quality work. We will always try to send you your events as soon as possible, but also in the highest quality possible.

Depending for how many days you book us, tyically we deliver around up to 1200 photos for three days coverage. This could be more, or less depending on how much there is to capture at your venues. It also depends on how many people want to be in pictures and videos.

That entirely depends on what kind wedding we are capturing, there are many variables to consider. But on average for a 6 hour event you get a video up to 30 mins.

For the photos, we will send you a link to a private password protected gallery. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints! The video is delivered via a google drive downloadable link. We have chosen these methods because they are the most effective way of delivering all your footage, and is easily accessible without any hassle.

With segregated events we recommend booking male camera operators for the men's side and female operators for the ladies side. This ensures that full coverage is given while maintaining separation between the men's side and women's side. Please ask us about this when booking us.

Yes we do, please ask us about our multi day coverage prices. most of our clients book us for an average of three days. This usually includes Mehndi, Shadi & Walima days. Additional days like Registration Ceremonies, Dholki & other occasions are often also included. Just send us a message and we'll be happy to help.

Because of privacy reasons we are not always able to share our actual wedding pictures. We will always respect the our client's requests for privacy. The majority of the pictures on our website are currently shot by us during Collaborations with Models, Make up Artists, Jewellers, Bridal Dress shops and many more people. We always try to capture you in the best way we can on the day itself, but we cannot guarantee similar results as you see on our website. This is due to external factors that are out of our control, such as time constraints, environment issues, lighting at venue etc. It also depends on the level of editing you are comfortable with, some clients prefer heavier facial retouching done, and some want light editing.

All music has to be properly licensed by us for commercial purposes, as such we can not just accept all requests for preferred music to be added to the videos. We will ask you for preferred genre/type etc, and will let you know what kind of music is available at that time. Other music can always be added later by yourself, but please do your own research regarding copyright issues etc.

The footage will be available to download for a period of two weeks, after which it will be kept on the Private Gallery Delivery System for as long as possible, but no guarantee of availability can be given after a period of two weeks. After a period of two weeks, a charge will be applied in the sum of £50 for digital downloads of each individual gallery.
